Plastisol Inks

Plastisol Inks are the most common type of inks for screen printing. Benefits of using Plastisol Inks include very opaque colors, crisp lines. Additives such as shimmer, metallic, glow in the dark, soft-hand, chino, puff, high density, suede, and clear gel can also be mixed into plastisol inks for different effects.

Plastisol Additives

Shimmer: Available in silver and gold this type of ink will give the shirts a glittery metallic look. You can also add any color to silver to achieve a colored shimmer effect.

Glow in the dark (Phosphorescent): Add this to a shirt for a hidden designs that only shows up in the dark or just for additional effect.

Softhand/Chino: Add this for a soft feeling print similar to waterbased inks. Best on light colored garments.

Puff/High Density: Make a design pop off the shirt with this additive.

Suede: Simulate a puffy and soft suede like feel to any design with this additive.

Clear Gel: Add an area that makes the shirt look shiny and wet with this clear ink.

Reflective: Ink that will reflect in the light like street signs at night.

Photochromic: UV sensitive ink will appear colorless indoors and become visable in sunlight.

Discharge*/Waterbased Inks

These inks produce the ultimate soft hand feel.

Waterbased inks are great for designer brand shirts; when you need a vintage soft feel on a light colored shirt.

Discharge printing is similar bleach- it transforms an area to a natural white cream color. The chemical can be mixed with pigments to acheive other colors. It is almost the same as waterbased however it is much more effect on darker garments.

Foil Print

Make your designs stand out with Foil Printing. This highly reflective print is often gold or silver but is also available in many colors, including several holographic foils!

Halftones

For detailed images we can print halftones. A series of fine dots which can acheive the look of shading and gradients. We use RIP (Raster Image Processor) software to get the most detail from any grayscale image.

Custom Tag Printing

Add a professional touch to your t-shirts with tag printing, imprinting your companies name on the tags of your shirts!

Sleeve Printing

Add text or visual designs down the sides of your shirts. Available for both short and long sleeve shirts!

Over Size/Jumbo Printing

Standard print size is 12.5" x 15" - Need a bigger print? Consider some of our larger pallets.

Print as large as 16" x 19" with oversized printing

Print as large as 18" x 21.5" with jumbo printing

Great for printing on XL and larger sizes!

Blend Printing*

Blend Printing is done by mixing two or more plastisol inks so that it creates a fading color design on one screen.
